## Description

NICE \(the Authority\) requires services to support the automation of existing processes using Power apps and Power automate, virtual agents and connectors\. Advice on the approach, design and governance of a Centre of Excellence \(CoE\) Power Platform prototyping including design and app build is required\. The output will be in the form of two discovery and recommendation papers, including technical configuration guidance on implementation steps - should NICE wish to proceed with the proposed steps\.
