Description
Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) requires a software solution to record, report and analyse on Patient Experience feedback and information. The Patient Experience Platform is required to:- • Provide an effective approach and methodology to gaining real-time feedback across all trust services including inpatients, outpatients and community services that that incorporates FFT and a patient and service user experience data collection. • Provide as optional SMS FFT service, that would be specific to the needs of each Division and funded by them in addition to this contract. • Support the integration of feedback collected from other sources and companies e.g. Surveys undertake on attend anywhere Platform. Enable the generation of timely, robust and reliable reports about patient experience and service user experience at the service delivery level. Generate information that provides assurance to the Board of Directors about patient and service user experience provided.
