## Description

UKFSS allows Local Authorities \(LA\) & Labs to upload food sampling data to a centrally held FSA location\. LA, Labs and the FSA can run reports on sample info collected\. The FSA requires 6 days of support and maintenance a month for this application to ensure system integrity is not compromised\.
