## Description

The contract is offered for a period of three years, \(commencing no later than 1st October 2019\) with an opportunity for an extension of two years\. The tenderer is expected to provide the following service: - • A service in the coffee tree throughout the working week\. The current opening hours for the café are 08\.00-16\.00\. There is currently a service closure over the Christmas period\. • The second expectation is to provide an event catering service during the working week, evenings \(approximately one evening per week\) and weekends \(approximately five Saturdays per year\)\. • The third expectation is to provide a facilities service for the building\. This will include facilities management for our conference offer alongside our staff facilities\.
