The LLDC are looking to establish a shared Internship development programme that will bring together creative and cultural organisations in east London to offer a cohort of local people the chance to develop their skills and gain the necessary experience they need to enter into the sector. The cohort of successful candidates will work across a number of creative and cultural organisations in various departments during a 12 month period to get a varied and diverse experience of the sector and develop in demand skills that will help shape and inform their next step. By taking a shared approach host organisations will be supported by other local organisations to help develop local talent for their organisations.
