St Mary the Virgin, Great Dunmow, is seeking tenders for a main contractor to deliver their National Lottery Heritage Fund project which involves a series of internal alterations to the historic church building. The scope of work includes: - Relocation of the font - Construction of internal partitions and supply and installation of accessible WC - Supply and installation of various bespoke joinery elements, including: storage cupboards, ramps, AV desk, raised platform, kitchenette etc. - Supply and installation of new floor construction and underfloor heating system at the west end - Lowering of the south porch internal floor level and associated remedial works - Construction of new mezzanine to the tower - Construction of new internal porch - Supply and construction of new external doors - New services and redecoration to works areas If you are intersted in receving the suite of tender documents for this opportunity, please contact john.bailey@thomasford.co.uk
