Padiham Townscape Heritage - Crafting the Future

Burnley Council requires the support of an Architect/Chartered Surveyor experienced in historic building repair and restoration to support the administration of the Padiham TH (Townscape Heritage) Programme, and offer internal assurance throughout its delivery when required. The role of the Consultant is to ensure value for money and that high standards of building repair and conservation are achieved. Additional information: The value of the contract stated in this notice merely stipulate the Council's anticipated range of value for this work. This is provided to manage Bidder expectations in terms of funding available for this procurement. The focus here is that the Council will be looking to secure competitive rates. There is no suggestion that the lowest price acceptable should be interpreted as the 'lowest actual value' recorded in this notice.
