Tenderers are invited to submit a tender for HC0317 Slimming on Referral to Wiltshire Council who are seeking a provider to lead on the delivery of a weight management service for all obese adults aged 16 years and older living in Wiltshire on a 2+1-year contract. This document describes the service requirements of a weight management service to support weight loss and encourage longer term adoption of a healthy lifestyle to achieve and sustain a healthier bodyweight.
