The Commerce Decisions Limited, AWARD specialist services \(AWARD\) evaluation system: • allows the involvement of large numbers of evaluators • allows complex moderation and consensus scoring to be undertaken • Is able to provide an auditable trail which can protect the programme with rigor should procurements be subject to legal challenges\. • permits access for each evaluator so they only have access to the documents they will require to either assess or review and no other tender documents\. This functionality prevents any data leakage from the procurement activities\.
