Innovation Hub & WREC Room Principle Works Contractor

Medway Council wish to appoint an experienced and professional contractor to undertake the principle works contractor for the Innovation Hub (located on the first floor of the Pentagon shopping centre), and a separate works package for the new demise for the WREC room, operated by the youth service, which will be re-located to the ground floor of the shopping centre due to the reprovision of the first floor.

Contract is expected to run for 6 months from the end January / beginning of February 2024
