Guildford Borough Council invites contractors to submit tenders to carry out external wall insulation works at properties at Guildford park, Guildford.\n \n The work proposed comprises of the following:\n \n External wall insulation and cladding to existing occupied two storey semi-detached rendered 215mm solid wall 3 bedroom properties at Guildford Park Guildford (11no).\n \n Provision of access scaffolds, tools and plant and carrying out All recommended preparation works.\n \n Protection of garden areas and existing drain gullies during the works.\n \n Temporary removal or replacement of rainwater goods, soil wastes and alteration to existing services on any elevation.\n \n Demolition and removal of existing timber mono pitched porch front entrance plain tiled canopies.\n \n Provision and of installation of new GRP canopies.
