## Description

The Council is looking to procure a Framework for manned security guard services commencing 1st November 2018 until 31st October 2018 with an option to extend for a further 2 years\. The Framework has been split into the following Lot\(s\) Lot 1 - Aycliffe Secure Centre, Lot 2, Depot Guarding, Key Holding and Access Control, Lot 3 - NETPark Incubator, Lot 4 - Site Security, Lot 5 - Crowd Management and Event Security and Lot 6 - Lone Worker\. The Council intends to appoint a single Provider to Lot\(s\) 1, 2 & 3 and a maximum of 3 ranked bidder\(s\) to Lot\(s\) 4, 5 & 6\. TUPE applies to Lot\(s\) 1, 2 & 3\.
