## Description

National Police Wellbeing Service seeks to develop and deliver the SISR Programme There are systemic issues driving hindrance stress at a tactical and strategic level\. The SISR Programme will focus on strategic solutions at the macro level in areas such as demand management, harnessing technology and data solutions which are commonplace outside of policing\.
