## Description

Colchester Borough Homes on behalf of Colchester Borough Council \(the Council\) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the renewal of flat roofs at 1-20 Christopher Jolly Court \(Approximately 660m2\) and 1-15 Berefield Way \(Approximately 250m2\), which will include the temporary removal, storage and refitting of photo voltaic panels\. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
