## Description

The Council's requirement for the deployment of a network of Variable Message Signs \(VMS\) to be deployed within the Tyne and Wear region \. The Contract covers the supply, installation integration and commissioning of Variable Message Signs \(VMS\) within the Tyne and Wear region\. All new sign must be integrated with the existing Newcastle UTMC system
