GBC is looking to form various Measured Term Contracts for the works listed below;

- Lot 1 - External Works - Lot 2 - Larger Internal Works (including Kitchens and Bathrooms) - Lot 3 - Electrical Works - Lot 4 - Glazing and External Works - Lot 5 - Plastering - Lot 6 - Roofing and Guttering - Lot 7 - Painting and Decorating
