Interim Head of Operations (Cardiff)

An interim head of Operations id required to provide immediate cover to the RSS (Cardiff) on a 6 month fixed term contract. This post will provide a comprehensive overhaul of working practices, organisational structures, behaviours and competences in RSS. Additionally, the role will give leadership oversight on the IT transformation project (Waves) and the office refurbishment scheduled for early 2020. During this 6-month period a permanent head of operations will be recruited, with an estimated start in RSS will have been fully stabilised and will be fit for the future.
