Sefton Children's Services is on their improvement journey and as part of the improvement plan, it has been identified that Early Help and the Front Door (MASH) is requiring improvements and efficiency in order to deliver timely and high quality services to Sefton residents and better manage demand. It is considered that both Early Help and the Front Door services are well resourced but are not working optimally , leading to increased demand that could be better managed through the provision of the right provision at the right time by the right agency, with aspiration to introduce and embed a Family Hub model. This is a direct award via Bloom / NEPRO3 Professional Services Solution
