Work description
A Crown Commercial Services Framework Contract (ref RM3821, service definition 1092) for the provision of software to assist: - the collection & recording of data for the billing & collection of Council Tax & Business Rates - the administration of payment methods, discounts, reliefs, reductions, exemptions, contact details, and changes in circumstances - the delivery of Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit & Council Tax Support account information to residents
Plus the support & maintenance of that software, the continuation of perpetual licences and the provision of professional / consultancy services.
