## Description

This 5-year call-off contract is a retender of the Bank's recruitment assessment services contract, used to support the Bank's Future Talent team with their campaign recruitment \(e\.g\. graduates, apprentices, industrial placements etc\.\)\. The Bank's Experienced Hires team also uses this service to support their high volume campaigns\. This contract has been procured via a mini-competition on Lot 5 of the ESPO 3S\_18 framework agreement \(Assessment Services, Strategic HR Services\)\.
