## Description

The Council is seeking to engage a supplier for the upgrade of the paths in in Addiscombe Railway Park and Lloyd Park\. The project is to replace \(layover the top of\) the existing footpath with a new more stable and suitable one for cyclist, walkers, wheelchair users and those with mobility disabilities\.
