Drug and Alcohol Testing in Children's Services

The London Borough of Bromley ("the Council") is inviting quotations for the Provision of Drug and Alcohol Testing in Children's Services. The Council wishes to award a contract to one provider for the provision of drug and alcohol testing in children's services. Specially it will be used for individual cases and deciding when and where to place Children Looked After (CLA).

The service users consist of parents/carers of children and young people up to the age of 18 years (as defined by The Children Act 1989); in need of care and protection.
