## Description

The Council is seeking to appoint the services of a suitable supplier to implement 1-1 support and small groups to Care Leavers within Herefordshire and a virtual offer to those that reside outside of the county to help create a map of provision for pathways back into education, training or employment as part of the Covid Recovery Grant
