Description

Thanet District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of 250 Hewlett Packard 445 G10 Laptops (8A5W4EA#ABU), to be provided to the Council with standard manufacturer warranty. Alternative and Reconditioned models will not be able to be considered on this occasion - please see ITT documents and the Appendix A - Specification for further information. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon end of April 2024 for a duration of up to two months to allow for delivery of all items by 28 June 2024, unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract. Important Information: All procurement documents are attached to the notice and available for suppliers to download from the Kent Business Portal (www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk) and complete according to instructions contained. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Tender document. Any clarifications or questions must be submitted via the Message area of the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 18 March 2024. Completed tender documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 22 March 2024.
