Description
Haringey Council and Haringey Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking to improve the outcomes for their most highly vulnerable social care customers. These are children and adults with Learning Disabilities including autism, those who display behaviour that challenges and those with mental health conditions. The proposed intervention is Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services delivered in a community setting which will prevent traditionally poorer quality of life outcomes for Children and Adults that present with the above conditions. Haringey has applied to the Big Lottery Commissioning Better Outcomes fund for co-payment of outcomes and will be looking for providers with links to social investor support.
