Roofing repairs services to housing properties - London Borough of Hillingdon

The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to a award a single contract for the provision of roofing repairs services to Council housing properties for a three year term subject always to the requirement for services and the satisfactory performance of the supplier.

Additional information: Tenders for these services are being sought through the Council's e-tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com.

The proposed contract will be based upon the National Housing Maintenance Forum M3NHF Schedule of Rates Version 7.

Tenders received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality as set out in the tender documentation.
