Work description
Wigan Council would like directly appoint a Consultant to provide services support for the development of a Golborne Rail Station Masterplan under the terms set out in TfGM Professional Services Framework Agreement: Strategic Lot 10: Transport Multi-Disciplinary Services: Sub-lot A: Railway and Rapid Transit Systems.
