Mrs Bland's Domestic Hot and Cold Water System Replacement - AWARD

Description

The works comprise the installation of new domestic hot and cold water generation and distribution to the main building at Mrs Bland's Primary School, Burghfield. The new domestic water system shall comprise 1no. air source heat pump serving a single hot water cylinder via a plate heat exchanger. New pipework distribution originating from the existing plantroom shall run in the loft space through the majority of the building and connect to the existing domestic pipework drops with isolation valves and regulation valve on the hot water service (HWS) return. The entire system shall be flushed and chlorinated at various stages throughout the works.
