Work description
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire (PCC) has appointed a contractor for the continued provision of an Integrated Restorative Justice Service. This was a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with the Open Procedure, under the Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament, as implemented by The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Statutory Instrument 2015 No. 102.
The initial contract will be for the period 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2019 with two options to extend for one period of 12 months each, at the sole discretion of the PCC.
