A West Yorkshire Rail and Mass Transit Growth Prospectus will help set a clear vision for regional economic growth that will be unlocked through transport enhancements and opportunities to extend impact through additional investments\. It will be an accessible outward-facing synthesis and integration of underpinning technical work, including: Individual workstream packages underpinning this commission Individual scheme business cases Local authority regeneration frameworks and masterplans A Mass Transit Spatial Development Framework \(SDF\) It will set out a clear and compelling narrative to Government and businesses on the return on investment, realised through a coherent investment approach\.
