## Description

The project involves the construction of two new residential buildings, known as Building A \(17-23 Clement Road and Building B \(22-26 Clements Road\) and the associated external works\. The buildings are situated on two sites opposite each other on Clements Road and will provide a total of 94 dwellings\. The existing two council blocks which currently occupy the sites will be demolished separately by others prior to commencement of the Main works, including the construction a new UKPN substation at the rear of the 22-26 Clements Rd site\. Procurement of a single stage design and build contract\. This scheme consists of 94 homes, of which 34 affordable\. The procurement procedure is using competitive procedure with negotiation\.
