***Modification of the Contract*** Contract Variation DDaT19149 002 - The contract has been extended by a further 4 months to Monday 31st May 2021, which has brought the total Contract value to £305,570.00 excluding VAT. Options to increase the contract value and to extend the contract were provided for in the original procurement. Contract Variation DDaT19149 001 - The contract value has been increased by £17,260.00 excluding VAT, which has brought the total Contract value to £190,985.00 excluding VAT. This was increased in line with PCR 2015 Reg 72(5). UKRI are procuring a Project Management tool to provide full a PMO solution. The Project Management Tool and services have been purchased via a compliant G Cloud 11 procurement.
