Description

Berneslai Homes invited tenders to carry out groundworks to council dwellings. This is a Non OJEU Works framework opportunity as defined in the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The opportunity includes the supply of all labour, plant and materials to carry out and complete groundworks to council dwellings. The works may be in connection with any of the following: As part of adaptation works, scheme works, programmed repairs or planned replacements. This framework has been divided into four lots. Lot 1 - Services Upgrades (Water, Electric) Lot 2 - Footpaths/Driveways/Crossovers/Fixed access ramps Lot 3 - Fencing/retaining walls/boundary walls Lot 4 - Sub-structure/Concrete Flooring/Drainage/Air Source Heat Pumps (excavations only)
