Berneslai Homes invited tenders to carry out groundworks to council dwellings\. This is a Non OJEU Works framework opportunity as defined in the Public Contract Regulations 2015\. The opportunity includes the supply of all labour, plant and materials to carry out and complete groundworks to council dwellings\.
