Northampton Market Square Consultation

The procurement of a specialist consultant to undertake a consultation with key stakeholders at the Market Square. The consultation and vision document will be used to inform recommendations on the future of the market trading area at the Market Square, inform the design of the public realm project and support the creation of a business plan for the operation of the markets going forward.
