RIS2 Performance Specification - Consultancy for the Department for Transport

If this request was not approved then the targets for the RIS 2 performance specification might not deliver the ambition of DfT or be set in the most appropriate way to adequately reflect performance. It also might result in some metrics not having targets due to HE's inability to produce robust targets or those targets being developed late. This would mean DfT would not be able to produce a performance specification with both metrics and targets which ORR can consider in their efficiency review leading to either less than ideal targets being set or metrics not having targets in the RIS 2 performance specification.
