For three years, ETF sponsored and funded a programme for middle managers in land-based colleges\. The programme focused on supporting middle managers within this particular provider type to become highly effective middle managers\. This request for quotation is to continue to build on this programme and deliver a high quality and tailored programme to middle managers in this sector\.
