ATS e-portfolio evidence-based assessment system

The Foundation requires a supplier to provide an e-portfolio evidence-based assessment system in support of its new Advanced Teacher Status (ATS) https://set.et-foundation.co.uk/professionalism/ats/what-is-ats/ Crucially, the ATS e-portfolio system will need to: - Integrate with SET's existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and website (https:www.set-et-foundation.co.uk) via a set of API calls (see section 10 Annex 2 of this document). - Support the creation of a portfolio of evidence using a web based portal. - Integrate with community functionality and a review and moderation workflow (see section 9, Annex 1 of this document). - Accommodate projected volumes of applicants as provided in Annex 3 of this document. The Foundation anticipates the supplier will take the approach of adapting an existing e-portfolio or learning management system and configure it. We will, however, consider any approach including a bespoke build that delivers the service detailed in the tender and is within our budget. In annex 1 we have provided a high-level workflow and summary requirements of the service.
