## Description

The Masterplan consultant will assess the development capacity of Carpenters Estate site\. The Capacity Study should allow for informed decision-making regarding regeneration of the complex urban site by examining; mixed uses for the site, development parameters for the area, potential site layouts and an indication of the quantum of development achievable\.
