This Invitation to Tender is for a state-of-the-art review of innovation in the seafood industry of both academic and grey literature. The review should include academic and grey (non academic) literature and interviews with sector leads. The state-of-the-art review will consider the most current research and development relevant to the UK's fishing, aquaculture and seafood industries. The review will provide a critical survey of the extensive material produced in the past 4 years in all parts of the world, and a synthesis of current thinking.
