## Description

Blackpool Council, Leisure Services operate three large leisure facilities providing a range of sport, health and leisure activities for local residents\. The facilities attract 1 million visits each year across the three Leisure Centres, the Leisure Services wishes to provide a high quality hot drinks at a reasonable price for the visitors\.
