CWC21147 - Executive Coaching and Workshop Facilitation

To provide up to 200 hours of executive coaching each year. This will need to be delivered either face to face or virtually through MS Teams To provide up to 60 hours of innovative workshop facilitation as required by the Head of OD or the Director of Strategy. To administer and feedback on the different Lumina Spark psychometric tests when used to recruit to a post of grade 10 and above or to support with leadership development exercises. We anticipate this will be no more than 20 tests per year. All the delivery identified in the specification will be on a call off basis only. There is no guarantee that you will deliver the maximum hours requested in the specification.
