Work description
The scope of this procurement is for the building, mechanical and electrical works for the complete refurbishment of the 'Old' Fire Control to an environment to be occupied by West Midlands Fire Occupational Health Service. All works to carried out at the "Safeside" building, 99 Vauxhall Road, Birmingham, B7 4HW. Detailed requirements are contained in the Specification document.
