## Description

As part of an on-going programme of asset improvements it has been decided to carryout further refurbishment works to the Council offices, Holt Road, Cromer, Norfolk NR27 9EN\. There are up to 4 areas for refurbishment: Postal & Scanning, Reception Public Conveniences, Upper floor IT area and Upper floor committee room, however it is not guaranteed that all areas will go ahead\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
