Support for the Afghan Families Provision

This Contract is to award a provider to provide support to up to 23 families that are residing in the Chimney House Hotel. This will include acting as a daily point of contact, support arrivals, activities and departures. The provider will be a trusted contact for the families, escalate any issues that may arise in the hotel to the Council and disseminate messages from the Home Office or the Council to the families they are providing wrap around support too.
