The Provision and Operation of a Summer Stage at the Waterfront, Pier Approach 2016

Description

Contract for the provision and operation of a Summer Stage at the Waterfront, Pier Approach for 2016. The event will run from Thursday 21st July until Saturday 6th August inclusive. The Supplier will be required to provide the full stage, lighting, PA & Screen requirements for the specified time in addition to the supply and management of all acts performing. Alongside this the supplier will be required to supply and manage all aspects of the event such as security, backstage area, fencing, crowd management and to produce a comprehensive Event Management Plan to be signed off by the Council’s Event Safety Advisory Group.
