CPU 3013 Befriending and Hosting Service for Families with Children at the Edge of Care

Nottingham City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and knowledgeable service provider to support families in the community to deliver a befriending and hosting service for families with children at the Edge of Care. The contract will be in place for 2 Years from August 2018 with the potential to extend for a further 1+1 years at the discretion of Nottingham City Council.
