ESPH CN Roof Covering Renewals & Associated Works (ESPH70) - AWARD

Description

Wealden District Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to complete roof covering renewals and associated works. With reference to current Stock Condition Data, a number of properties have been identified where roof coverings are nearing, or have reached the end of their serviceable life and now require repair and/or renewal. As part of these works, the opportunity will also be taken to attend to associated areas such as chimneys, roofline components and rainwater goods. Additionally, a number of the properties possess entrance door canopies which also require attention. The proposed works also allow for repairs to existing front entrance canopies and porches which in some cases may be subject to complete replacement in a GRP proprietary system. The proposed works form a four year programme.
