Description
DWP is transforming the way it processes benefits. Moving away from the reliance on its legacy estate and into world where new digital services provide a better customer experience, joining up the end-to-end service offering and providing a more efficient way to process benefits. Access to Work (AtW) uses a combination of a legacy system called DISC for the majority of case management, a newer application called AtWIS, and spreadsheets to manage cases.
