## Description

To fulfil UK governments obligations to ICAO \(UN agency\), MO has been appointed as SADIS system operator\. This PO is part of SADIS cost recovery scheme under ICAO, thus this requirement cannot be tendered or contracted with anyone else apart from ICAO - owner of the scheme\. This covers the 2023 costs
